Note 5 — Loss per share

The dilutive effect of 89,998,033 and 97,292,240 stock options outstanding as of June 30, 2020 and 2019 respectively have been excluded from the diluted loss per share calculation for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019 respectively, because they would have an antidilutive effect on the loss per share for the period.
